ABC News interview with Texas medical marijuana pain patient Tim Timmons and Texas Compassion Care Coalition President Steve Betzen. Timmons has suffered from secondary progressive multiple sclerosis for 23 years and is housebound and bedfast. and needs full-time nursing care. But the politics of Texas Republican Governor Rick Perry would put him behind prison bars with rapists and felons – all at a cost to Texas taxpayers of 0000 to 0000 annually. This is his new-age version of fiscal conservatism.
